The ADR Board at School of law, HILSR, Jamia Hamdard, is committed to promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution practices and fostering a culture of innovation in dispute resolution. Established in 2022, the Board has been actively involved in organizing events and programs that provide students and professionals with platforms to explore the evolving ADR landscape.
About the Conference
The HILSR International Arbitration Conference is a flagship event that seeks to address contemporary challenges and emerging trends in ADR. With a multidisciplinary focus, the conference brings together legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students from around the world. It provides an enriching platform to discuss innovative strategies, global perspectives, and interdisciplinary approaches to dispute resolution.
The conference will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and paper presentations on various themes, creating a dynamic environment for meaningful intellectual exchanges.

Notes: All participants have to present their papers on the day of the conference. The international participants may present their paper in online mode.

Awards and Recognition
The Best Paper from each session will be recognized and awarded a memento and certificate.
Submission Details
- Abstracts (300 words max) with 5 keywords must be submitted via email i.e. iacadrb2025[at]gmail.com submission of abstract to the email shall be considered registration for the International Conference.
- Attachment of proof of payment has to be made upon the intimation of acceptance of the abstract.
- Full papers (2000-3000 words exclusive of abstract & footnotes) must follow the 20th Harvard Bluebook Citation style.
