About The Clinics Committee at School of Law, Bennett University
The Clinics Committee at the School of Law, Bennett University is one of the prestigious committees which is entrusted with the responsibility of planning and organising workshops, and guest lectures by industry experts focusing on practical aspects of the law. The principal aim of the committee is to bridge the gap between the theoretical and practical application of the concepts and to prepare the students for the industry. The committee is responsible for all ADR activities at the School of Law, Bennett University. The Committee comprises of the students and faculty mentor to guide the students.
Vikalp Anveshanam 1.0: BENNETT UNIVERSITY ADR CONCLAVE, 2025
Vikalp Anveshanam 1.0, 2025 will provide opportunities for law students across the country to participate in the Client Counselling and Quiz Competition. Interviewing and advising comprise a vital part of a lawyer’s work. It is often assumed that lawyers have the listening and questioning skills required to conduct an effective interview with a client. The Competition also encourages students of law to develop interviewing, planning and analytical skills necessary to build and maintain a relationship between a lawyer and his/her client.

About the Event
- Vikalp Anveshanam 1.0 is an exciting National Client Counselling and Quiz Competition. It aims to provide a platform for law students to explore, develop, and demonstrate critical skills essential for modern legal practice.
- The Client Counselling Competition focuses on building participants’ skills in client interaction, understanding, legal analysis, and professional ethics, which are pivotal for success in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
- The Quiz Competition will challenge participants’ knowledge of India’s evolving criminal laws, particularly the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
Eligibility
Open to undergraduate and professional law students enrolled in UGC-recognized institutions across India.

- Registration Commencement: January 10, 2025
- Registration Deadline: February 25, 2025
- Preliminary Rounds (Online): March 21–22, 2025
- Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Finals (Offline): March 28–29, 2025 (at Bennett University, Greater Noida)
