About the Department of Law
The Department of Law, an autonomous body, aims at Globalizing Legal Education. The Department is approved by the Bar Council of India and is affiliated to the Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Indore. The Department is currently running the five-year integrated programmes of B.A.LL.B. (Hons.); B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.); B.Com.LL.B (Hons.), and the three-year LL.B. (Hons.) course. The Department also provides for Master’s Degree in Law i.e., LL.M. (Business Law; International Law and International Organizations).
About the Opportunity
The National Moot Court Competition Committee of the Department of Law at Prestige Institute of Management and Research (Indore) is organizing the 5th edition of the Padma Shri Dr. N.N. Jain National Moot Court Competition in 2025, scheduled from 4 April to 6 April 2025.
Eligibility
Students of three years and five years enrolled in law degree courses from any University/Law School/College/Department are eligible to apply for registration of their team. However, a maximum of two teams shall be allowed to participate from one University/Law School/College/Department.

- With Accommodation: Rs.8500/-
- Without Accommodation: Rs. 5500/-

- Winning Team: Rs. 51,000/-
- Runner-Up Team: Rs. 25,000/-
- Best Written Submission/ Memorial: Rs. 11,000/-
- Best Speaker: Rs. 11,000/-
- Best Researcher: Rs. 11.000/-
