Theme
The 5th Adamas Moot Court Competition, 2025 evolves across the constitutional validity of the disruption regulation, the acceptability of proof in criminal cases, and the procedural regulators in courtroom court cases. It examines the warfare among country wide protection law and fundamental rights, in particular freedom of expression and expression.
This year’s Moot Court Competition invites the sharpest legal minds to navigate one of the most complex dilemmas of our time. When a state deems an individual’s actions a threat, but the individual claims the right to speech, where does justice stand? How does a legal system uphold security without eroding the very freedoms it is meant to protect? Can a democratic framework sustain itself if its own laws are wielded against those who challenge it?
At the heart of this case is not just a person, not just a law, but a principle that’s the delicate equilibrium between national security and individual liberty. As participants step into this legal battlefield, they will confront constitutional questions that have shaped and shaken democracies across the world. They will dissect statutes, test precedents, and argue the fine line between lawful governance and overreach.
