Madhav Vidhi Mahavidhyalaya (MVM) is a perfect legal “Gurukul” for value-based legal education for learners and future professionals. Madhav Vidhi Mahavidhyalaya (MVM) is flourishing under the umbrella of Madhya Bharat Shiksha Samiti. Its foundation was laid in 2004 with the vision of providing legal education to all sections of society, enriched with legal specific dynamics. Adv Vivek Khedkar, Chairman Governing Body MVM, is a renowned Advocate. Madhav Vidhi Mahavidhyalaya is affiliated with Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and approved by the Bar Council of India; therefore, the curriculum is designed by the University.
About the Opportunity
The Moot Court Committee, Madhav Vidhi Mahavidhyalaya and Research Centre, is organising the Shri Baba Saheb Gokhle National Moot Court Competition 2025 in Hybrid mode. The National Moot Court Competition is where eloquence meets justice, where students transform into legal eagles, and where the mock courtroom procedure unfolds beyond the pages of textbooks. Moot court competitions offer students practical experience in a simulated courtroom setting. This experience helps students become more comfortable with courtroom procedures, rules of evidence, and oral advocacy techniques, preparing them for real-world legal practice.
Mode of the Competition
The Shri Baba Saheb Gokhle National Moot Court Competition, 2025, is in Hybrid Mode. Preliminary, quarterfinals & researcher’s test are to be conducted via online mode and Semi finals & finals are in MVM Venue.

Eligibility
Law Schools / Colleges / Institutes / Universities recognised by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate.
The participants should currently be pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree in Law, i.e. Three Year or Five Year Law Courses.

Registration Process
- The Participating team shall duly fill the Registration Form Provided and send it along with the Registration fee of Rs. 3,000/- (Includes accommodation), which is not refundable.
- The Registration shall be sent through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of MVM, and the last date to submit the registration form with the registration fee is 16-04-2025. Spot registration will not be accepted. However, the MVM, Moot Court Committee shall have the discretion to entertain late applications.

- Accommodation will be provided from 24th May Noon to 25th May Evening.
- All interested teams shall first register themselves by diligently filling out the Google Form by clicking the above link. Only one form per team is to be submitted.
- Forms received after the deadline shall not be considered for registration.
- The receipt of the form shall be acknowledged within 48 hours of submission via mail. The participant team can pay the event registration fees by paying to the account details given above.
- Take a screenshot of the payment success page. It is to be uploaded while filling out the registration form given in the above link.
- The team shall be required to fill the registration form presented in Annexure A & B in the Brochure and upload its soft copy to the Google form to complete the registration.
