About the Moot Court Competition
Renowned as a premier national moot, the competition fosters intellectual rigor, legal excellence, and advocacy skills by engaging participants in pressing legal debates. Drawing participation from law schools, the competition offers students a platform to engage with critical legal issues and develop essential advocacy skills.
This year’s Moot Proposition delves into a significant and contemporary legal issue, challenging participants to navigate complex legal principles, precedents, and policy implications. The problem focuses on Public International Law (PIL) and Human Rights, requiring teams to analyze statutory frameworks, judicial interpretations, and emerging legal trends in protecting and enforcing fundamental rights. Participants must demonstrate analytical depth, persuasive advocacy, and comprehensive legal research skills.
