KIIT School of Law (KSOL), established in 2007, is a leading law school offering an integrated B.A. LL.B., B.B.A., LL.B., B.Sc. LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. programs. The Centre for Taxation and Public Finance (CTPF), established in 2024 by Taxation Law enthusiasts, prepares students for careers in tax and public finance.
About the Opportunity
KIIT School of Law is pleased to announce that the Centre is organising its first Tax Conclave on the theme “The Income Tax Bill, 2025: Policy, Governance & Fostering Growth”, to be held in hybrid mode on the 10th and 11th of May, 2025. The conclave is designed to provide a dynamic platform for dialogue and scholarship, inviting students, academicians, legal professionals, and policymakers to engage critically with the proposed reforms under the Income Tax Bill, 2025.
The event will feature panel discussions, technical sessions, and round table conferences aimed at advancing informed discourse on taxation policy and governance in India. Participants will benefit from expert interactions and one-month complimentary access to Taxmann’s Practice Module. Additionally, selected submissions will be considered for publication as book chapters in a reputed journal.
It invites original and unpublished research contributions on themes aligned with the broader topic of the conclave. Submissions from undergraduate and postgraduate students, research scholars, academicians, professionals, and policy analysts are welcome.
