The Centre for Innovation, Incubation, Law, and Entrepreneurship (CIILE) was established at Chanakya National Law University, Patna, to encourage and support startups in law and legal entrepreneurship. The Centre actively promotes innovation, incubation, and research in business law, finance law, and allied areas.
About the Blog
The CIILE Blog provides experts, students, and professionals a platform to engage in academic research, exchange insights, discuss recent legal developments, and share best practices in law and entrepreneurship. It prioritises contemporary legal and interdisciplinary issues relevant to business law, innovation, and allied fields.
About Call for Blogs
The CIILE Blog invites original, unpublished, and analytical blog submissions on a *rolling basis*. The initiative aims to foster legal scholarship and critical discussions on issues at the intersection of startups, business law, and innovation.
Eligibility
Submissions are invited from:
- Students enrolled in UG LL.B. and PG law or allied programs.
- Legal practitioners
- Faculty members of law or management.
Theme
While the central theme is Startups and Allied Areas, suggestive themes include:
- Startup Ecosystem and Legal Framework
- Corporate Governance
- IP Management in Innovation
- Technology, Privacy, and Data Protection
- Mergers, Acquisitions, and Exits
- International Business Law
(Note: The list is indicative, not exhaustive.)
Submission Categories
The Blog accepts analytical submissions between 1500–2000 words.
Formatting Guidelines
Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Alignment: Justified
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Citation: Hyperlinked references/Harvard Bluebook [20th Edition]
- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Word count excludes citations
Submission Guidelines
The submission must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
- Co-authorship allowed up to two authors.
- The article must be analytical rather than descriptive.
- Include five keywords with the submission.
- Content should not be offensive or against national interest.
Submission Deadline
There is no submission deadline. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
Submission Procedure
